Payment
We request that all accounts be paid at the time of service or when you collect your pet after a hospital stay. Accounts may be paid in cash or by cheque, credit card or Eftpos. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club cards.

PetPEP -
Pets and People Education Program was created to enhance childrens understandings of animals. The program consists of separate sections for lower, middle and upper primary levels, with photocopiable worksheets for students and notes for teachers. The book covers topics such as:
- Preparing for your pet
- Behaving safely around pets
- Being a responsible for a pet
- Choosing the right pet
- Caring for a pets health and safety
- Treating all animals well
